Not that good with Leaders

Too much security for everything

Nice experience and getting good response from managers and team leaders.

The low pay was my only issue

Not a good company if you are looking for growth

Salaries could have been better

Production floor management is very pathetic, Employees are not receiving timely and proper breaks. Benifits which are available in company but not getting appropriately implemented , I was forced to come to the office despite feeling unwell.

Nothing much to say as a disadvantage

Scarcity of training rooms, projector not working or bad display. Employee needs to facilitate himself even for locker allocation, nothing is ready on the day of joining

Management is useless. Pay comes with discrepancies. Every 2 months the policies change.
