Nothing as such but definitely up for improvements on various areas such as transportation, training etc.

When I joined, the salary was a significant advantage, but now they've reduced it for new employees. We have fewer vacation days, we used to have coffee and fruit, and now they've cancelled everything. Since Webhelp took over, the company has gone from bad to worse. Now, every month there's a mess with the salaries; we receive the wrong amount, and the company never responds. They hold meetings to figure out what to improve, but it's pointless. They unexpectedly charged several employees for health insurance without warning or asking anything.

Training materials could include more practical examples and the courses in cnx could have been in online mode which can be accessed easily other than cnx alloted systems.

Paying minimum wage and with errors every month. Run away
