It seems really easy to promote, come in be nice and you will probably get promoted, also show up to work will hire people who cannot use a computer
they are out of touch, they bring in managers who have never done the work they are now over and then make changes (attrition went down during the holidays shocker) some good and mostly bad. I have seen to many managers with egos and tend to go on power trips.
