Comprehensive HMO: Kilala sila sa magandang health benefits na kasama agad pati ang iyong dependents (pamilya). Career Growth: Dahil malaking kumpanya, maraming "internal hiring." Mas madaling ma-promote mula agent papuntang supervisor kung maganda ang performance mo. Free Training: Magaling ang training modules nila, kaya kahit newbie ka o wala pang experience, matututo ka talaga ng communication skills. Employee Engagement: Mahilig sila sa mga events, pa-raffle, at mga rewards program para ma-motivate ang mga staff.
