The stability is not good recently

Just a cog in a machine type of vibe. I'm not validated as a high performer (which I am, objectively). No opportunities for advancements, or if there are any, everything is happening slowly. Pay raises once every year and a half, not rising to follow the inflation at least.

- lots of "right-sizing" - company transparency could be better especially from leaders. Direction of business questionable

- Unfortunately not too many co-workers of my age - No support for finding apartment in Munich, where it's nightmare to able to find a good one

Not a great period for the company, will sell the automotive sector of business.

Very little transparency between segments of projects. Management is so - so

Not very much new business.
