Repetitive and boring missions, slow processes. No team spirit. I don't recommend this company for a young employee.

Management blame dev when they can’t get business even we delivered everything. Higher cost compared to competitors, it’s about how they do business

- Depending on project, workload can be a lot - Automotive space is not doing very well - Progression in company is slow

Restructuring time Management HR can be better

Cater to minorities for positions(this includes females), training sucks, they do not recognize those who work hard(this includes lunch vouchers, inspire points, coupon to buy shirts etc in the company store), do not enforce company polices equally, no support from HR and management to help employees excel in their job, most people in some way or another are family, there are many more,

- no cons honestly, was a really great opportunity

Mid salary, management really bad
