big company, thus complex structures, politics, not efficient in delivery
Factory worker
13th salary - 25% easter, 25% summer holiday, 50% Christmas (all % of the gross salary) Some years they organized Christmas parties at a club, giving a ticket in a buget of 100 RON/LEI to everyone; and/or summer event, horse riding, grill etc. Private medical insurance. 20-50% bonus/month depends on what management says/thinks
Shifts Too much physical & mental work, a lot of friends/colleagues are complaining about having knees/back pain & problems, sleepless nights because of stress & too much pressure from management Many people I know are very gossipy & nasty but there’s nothing you can do, you can complain as much as you want, “friendships” with bosses matter, A LOT. If you don’t have a friend in high places and you want to evolve, no chance, no one cares about your resume. It’s recommendations based & I think it’s rigged.

The Continental Autonomous Mobility office in Budapest has a young and fresh leadership with empowerment and trust in mind. I got leadership opportunities very quickly and was able to develop under strong mentorship. Budget and possibilities were always available for learning. The salary is really good with private health care benefits available
As the european automotive industry is going south, the structure is cracking and there is a high level of chaos in conplex projects. Sales numbers are low, cost cuttibgs and layoffs all around while the expectation is to deliver more and more complex solutions
