big company, thus complex structures, politics, not efficient in delivery

Shifts Too much physical & mental work, a lot of friends/colleagues are complaining about having knees/back pain & problems, sleepless nights because of stress & too much pressure from management Many people I know are very gossipy & nasty but there’s nothing you can do, you can complain as much as you want, “friendships” with bosses matter, A LOT. If you don’t have a friend in high places and you want to evolve, no chance, no one cares about your resume. It’s recommendations based & I think it’s rigged.

Learning curve is slow, no much down sides

As the european automotive industry is going south, the structure is cracking and there is a high level of chaos in conplex projects. Sales numbers are low, cost cuttibgs and layoffs all around while the expectation is to deliver more and more complex solutions
