did not open job position after 3 years of intership, but continue hire other students for intership programs

No lack of any skills, its always encourages employees to perform their best

After a while can feel like your career stops and that there is no much to learn, that could help in a future job.

The management really could have cared about bit more about the employees

Management is strangely incompetent. No perspectives. Salary increases are blocked It's impossible to get contracts with more than 35 hours per week

High level management doesn’t seem to be on the same page.
