Joined in 2015 and loved it. Was working on exciting projects and traveling to Germany twice a year. Met many great, smart people.
Now, in 2025, with automotive industry as a whole sufferering, it is not a good place. We have to beg for projects and are expecting to be laid off. Management in Germany doesn't value us in the USA.
