Good office work environment. Training was provided periodically but recently got stopped due to poor financials.
Automotive world is going through a huge revamp in 2025 and Continental is deeply affected by its EU business due to rise in Chinese EV. Business conditions will be tough. Continental is not competitive in China and has essentially lost its competitive edge there. Which means rise in Chinese EV will not have any benefits. Automotive division will be carved out in the future. (for potential sale) Crazy work hrs due to multiple global teams and constant management meetings, reports with no regards to workload. Not sustainable in the long run.
