Can't think of any cons

As in many big companies, decisions (especially those from higher management levels) can take a lot of time,

- direct and timely communication was not a thing here, Many last minute announcements, mostly negative - Very slow to change bad parts of existing processes or adapt new ones even when "actively working on it" - austerity measures which sacrifice a lot to save little to nothing and only undermine the authority of upper management

Work a lot of hours

Management, Carrier chances, No Trainings,

Pay increase is not as often as it should be. Project needs are more important than your preferences

Payroll is OK, but not top on the market.

no much cons in from my point of view

For the last six years, the company has experienced considerable instability, mainly due to the executive boards and their current reorganization. Also, they refuse to implement remote positions for some roles.
