-The HR department's behavior fell short of expectations during the contract signing -There was a hurried lady who did not want to give me a few minutes to read the documents I was about to sign. -They told me during the interview that there would be no overtime, but shortly after starting, overtime hours were already "required" -Very disorganized; there was no designated person from whom I could take over tasks -the bathrooms are absolutely filthy, and the kitchen is the same, while the water from the water dispenser is not drinkable at all

Technical growth is little slow

Mid management organisational skills can be improved

The HR and management are extremely toxic, they look down at you.
