Nice Colleagues and interesting projects
way too much pressure sometimes
Software integrator
Great team, nice benefits, self development, hybrid work
Low payment, bad life insurance.

Nice colleagues, nice benefits, good as a first job
Projects not organised, many layers of management
R&d engineer
Great environment and team Excellent Work/Life balance with hybrid regime
Still a lot of old and bureaucratic processes. Transition to new tech is difficult Few career paths available
Junior software engineer
- see title - lots of benefits compared to other entry jobs (although see the related point below)
- untrusting & untrustworthy management; the ”little man” has no word in the company's strategy - very low salary compared to the SW job market - benefits have started to decrease because of the dumbest term of all time : "cost saving" (cost saving should be made at process level, not at employee level, just a thought)
Technical specialist
Good product lineup, Good technologies
Spin off from the parent company Continental
Senior software engineer
Co workers are collaborative which makes it easier to work with. Flexible pay.
No other salary perks. No 13 mth bonus
Working Culture at Continental makes it worthwhile to stay in the company. Less toxic as compared to other companies.
A lot of organizational changes lately. Seems like there are a lot of things going on on the higher ups
