way too much pressure sometimes

Low payment, bad life insurance.

Projects not organised, many layers of management

Still a lot of old and bureaucratic processes. Transition to new tech is difficult Few career paths available

- untrusting & untrustworthy management; the ”little man” has no word in the company's strategy - very low salary compared to the SW job market - benefits have started to decrease because of the dumbest term of all time : "cost saving" (cost saving should be made at process level, not at employee level, just a thought)

No other salary perks. No 13 mth bonus
