A good support system with the colleague
the management team are micromanaging and keep giving ad hoc task that is more than your usually working routine. Been asked to prioritize and learn how to manage to make sure both tasks are handled successfully. Management also asked to work extra hours and any ideas of new implementation are discarded.

The current and former GMs are supportive and demonstrate strong leadership. The manager and colleagues are also friendly and helpful. The office environment and facilities are excellent, much better compared to the previous office in Bangsar.
One of the solutions offered has very high client expectations, especially from banks, which makes integration and delivery challenging. Managing client expectations as well as internal stakeholders can be difficult.
