- The laptop provided by the company seems like it should be replaced. - Management handles things in a very childish way , often giving last-minute tasks that must be submitted by end of day. - The leaders manage the executives very poorly. - Even issues are often delayed because they go for breakfast or lunch

- Office could be better. - Could be free coffee / snacks. - Insurance is not good.

Old fashioned work style and office politics

I already left at Feb 2024 before basic income increased. Previously basic income too low but last year restructured then better a lot.

Have target to chase every month

There seems to be a barrier to open communication with superiors. It can be challenging to have frank discussions and receive constructive feedback if bosses struggle to actively listen and process problems effectively.

Poor Management Team and lack of benefits
