Director management style. Prefer same gang of staff

I heard that today there are 2 senior managers leaving. 1 senior manager just left 2 weeks ago. Last year also a few senior managers left together. What is happening??? My colleagues are also starting to look for jobs and everyweek got people last day.

Low salary, parking is so expensive

Idk bout other branches/departments but unlucky for me, my so called leader is the main issue.

- organize training outside working hours but did not allow to claim OT - Low basic pay - Slow career development -Did not appreciate talent - Did not provide proper training for new employees - Uneffective KPI evaluation - Unhealthy working environment due to lack of transparent communication

i can't think much of a consequences

Higher management are bias, poor in conducting appraisal, very not professional, invloved personal matter with team to made decision.
