The company claims to value diversity, but the actions of top management suggest underlying racist tendencies.

As someone who has worked for many years in corporate companies, I found it particularly difficult to adapt to this company’s work culture, which follows a “Chinaman style” of management. In addition, it was common for coworkers to speak in Chinese during meetings, which I consider unprofessional in a workplace setting. For fresh graduates, I would not recommend joining this company as your first career experience. The management often adopts a PUA-style approach, which creates an unhealthy environment and does not support long-term career growth.

IT team need serious on system matter

Stress when unable to hit sales target; as we don't have any basic income.
