You ll grow with the company if you're able to follow the pace. Great benefits & product discount for staff.

Not much of career progression
every Monday class via zoom
low commission, managers only entertain and help top sales only. If you are not a top sales, your managers won't even look at you. You work hard for your income, but they will claim like that is their hardwork.
-Career advancement -Good colleagues -Good working environment
-No work life balance -Salary is underpaid
Nothing. Made some friends there who all suffered together.
Horrible. Worst working experience ever. You’re treated like you’re in school with extreme micromanaging boss who monitors you like a cctv. The desk arrangement worsens this because HR desginates ALL managers behind their subordinates, so they can monitor your laptops. Extremely slow approval process for the simplest things. So many things to say, but think of a typical cinaman company X10. Also, if you’re not Chinese speaker. DONT bother applying here, they will speak Mandarin during meetings even if there is a malay or indian in the meeting. I’m chinese myself but this bothers me so much.
