comfortable environment and friendly colleagues/superior
to be honest, none that i can think about
- Supportive and cooperative colleagues who make the work environment more bearable. - Team members are willing to help one another despite challenges. - Some departments have flexible working hours (though not consistent across the company).
Management & Policies - Strong micromanagement culture that limits employees’ independence. - Lack of transparency in attendance policies—flexibility varies between departments. - No grace period for clock-in; being one minute late is counted as tardy. Communication & Teamwork - Tasks are sometimes misaligned with objectives, and instructions may be unclear. - Meetings are frequently conducted only in Mandarin, making it difficult for non-Mandarin-speaking staff to participate. - Managers often blame employees when issues arise instead of providing guidance or constructive feedback. - Team discussions can go in circles without clear resolution, and blame-shifting sometimes occurs. Performance & Processes - Performance reviews lack structure and may appear biased. - No clear KPIs set by management; employees must define their own, leading to inconsistency. - Approval processes are lengthy and involve too many steps, causing delays. - SOPs are inconsistent, resulting in uneven adherence among departments. Workplace Environment - Office cleanliness, especially toilet maintenance, needs improvement.
good benefits, near public transport
depends on your luck/dept. Overload work, need to OT everytime to finish work and dateline. Low paid
