New Organization structure during 2025 ended team building by making one company/Division team instead of smaller specialized teams.

unfortunately, the salaries were not matching the market, the leadership in the US HQ of the company didn't know the value of what they had, instead of replicating the same in other offices, they destroyed this one and most probably for political reasons

Where to start, it’s just not working out in this industry

Ruthless managers and corporate policy that deliberately creates churn via overtime rather than fire people.

There is a lack of care and consideration for employees. It feels like they don't care at all about you at a human level. It is just metrics focused with basically no leeway for new hires. They would rather churn and burn employees and hire new people at a way cheaper rate. It wasn't always like this, but it feels like there is no going back to the old ways.

Not much to say, Job stability

- Sometimes direction is not clear - Career growth feels plateaued

Worst Politics in Hyderabad. people with 20 years service still work there and all oldies with no insights or no foresight, just some ego.

Pressure is there but current market is like same

Pay, bonus, Job mobility, job opportunity, 5 days a week in office, offices have horrible locations
