The field team in other countries that you get to interact with is great. They've a ton of knowledge and exposure. If you're lucky, you'll get a pod where you get favourable people who will engage and support you in your role and growth. If not, it stagnates faster for you.
No REAL growth. You can connect to a lot of resources and it'll be great but it's been a college environment and unfortunately, management is busy hiring eye candy/nepotism based candidates and not actual qualified folks. They will also not let you be at peace. Politics is rampant.
