Ngsa sales development program
industry with lots of potential, respectable benefits
training is ok at best, workplace feels like highschool with rampant gossiping and unprofessionalism, how popular you are heavily influences career trajectory

Solid client devices and servers
Sales comp plans are penal, paying $0.65 on the dollar for normal enterprise discounts. No transparency on how they determine quotas, while expecting every customer to have some ridiculous AI spend, which is simply not there. They're forcing tracking of too many things while claiming it will increase your efficiency. The storage business is getting lapped by smaller, more agile and innovative companies. Dell's cloud solutions are not relevant, while also claiming that repatriation from the public cloud is happening en masse. Other solutions are really just reference architectures. Dell is all commodity sales and they know it, otherwise they wouldn't have layed off tons of salespeople to be replaced by AI.
Account manager 3
Medium pace of growth and various opportunities inside organizations
Low Hike Slight work pressure / Target pressure
Anonymous employee
Good place to work and growth.
Time time to much overtime.
Client technical specialist
I felt very fairly compensated and was very happy with my benefits. I had 4 different managers during my time with Dell and all were amazing to work with. Dell truly does hire top talent and wonderful people.
Constant restructuring and layoffs can sometimes make it difficult to do your job. Senior level management lacks an understanding of what the day to day challenges of their sales team looks like.
Software development engineer (sde)
Good company culture, and work environment
Nothing much in the cons.
