I had to send my resignation letter due to forcing the in-person policy in office and the no-promotions for those who opted for remote work.

Struggling to reign in the remote work model they've embraced for years. Tying it to the ability to be promoted or be bonus eligible is a difficult sell to workers hired in where there isn't an office location nearby.
