The things we are doing are solid
No real con’s to speak of that dont apply to most large corporations
Desktop support technician
Supportive management, strong team collaboration, good work-life balance, flexible remote options, and consistent learning opportunities.
Sometimes slow decision-making processes, occasional interdepartmental miscommunication, and long project approval timelines.
Strategic account manager
Great team I worked with. Dell is massive so a lot of resources to work with. Good benefits and decent pay.
Because so massive, can take some time to get approvals. I know there have been a ton of layoffs recently and people complain of being overworked with less team members.
Account manager/acc executive
good for entry level / post grad job to gain experience in sales. full cycle sales opportunity which is rare out of college
not a lot of room for growth
Product manager
Friendly environment to work in
You have to be in the office 4-5 days a week

At Dell, there is strong support for various employee development programs. Employees receive support from their teams, buddies, as well as through internal training centers.
So many systems make less focus

bad increments, bad growth, bad perks
Anonymous employee
Works like a meritocracy for the first 3-4 years
Mid to Senior level employees faced with very political environments
Top technology, strong AI game.
Too much change, very few opportunities for growth and development even for top talent. Not a great time to join.
Account manager
Benefits Lunches PTO WFH Hours

-Incredible design team with supportive leadership -Talented peers -Interesting projects both internally and externally (consumer, commercial, and enterprise) -Lots of opportunity to make change if you're proactive -Good benefits package
-Swift transition from hybrid to full-time on-site with tracked compliance. -Office is outdated and loud; does not contain perks like free coffee. There are sometimes not enough seats for employees to have a dedicated desk/workspace. -Medium-low design maturity.
Technical support engineer
BUPA’s comprehensive coverage added exceptional value to my overall compensation package.
Salary progression does not keep pace with inflation in Egypt, making long-term financial growth challenging. Limited promotion opportunities and stagnant career advancement make it difficult to grow within the company.
Global supply manager (gsm)
Big company with development opportunities
High pressure with consumer products and teamwork due to tied schedules
Sr. delivery engineer

Amazing place to learn and grow!
Alot of favouritism in the department.
Work Life Balance and Pay
Constant Layoffs and lack of career progression
Senior advisor
Good benefits, decent pay, most of the people you work with are good people.
Way too much middle management that doesn't seem to do anything. If you go against the status quo you're often punished or held back in favor of those who blindly follow. Every year it's the same ask of trying to fix things that were broken the previous year but never addressed.
Customer service
Non to be honest everything is good
Non I finds everything fine
Sales ops
Better life balance over all
Not bad, it’s good to work here.
easy worklife, fun social setting and engaging

Office politics You need to be 'loud' to be heard and seen Little value for staff welfare and complaints
Business analyst
Good work culture and considerate people
Salary might be a bit low
Technical program manager
Big company with a strong reputation. Lots of resources if you navigate.
Tough market expectation for short-term results. Exposed to too many changing factors for even middle term job security.
Account executive
I think the people and culture, aside from Michael dell himself, are great. Dell has always had great people. BUT it does sometimes depend on who your boss is
Lord where do I begin. The return to office thing is just wow. People are commuting between 2 and 3 hours to get to work every day with how bad the traffic is in the central Texas region with all the construction. Definitely a culture of fear. Massive teams and one manager. Coaches sometimes have two or more teams(up to 40 to 50 people for mine) people are really starting to get grumpy. Yes there is a huge initiative to shrink headcount and they are not going to stop until the squeeze like your sucking your stomach in.
Consultant product manager
Good work life balance at the company
High pressure job most of the time
Sr. manager, operations
It's all positive. It's been a great place
