Lots of people in you're peer group, loads of extra curricular stuff to get involved with - charity fundraising, sports clubs etc. Experience working with loads of different smaller teams as you get to work on multiple engagements / projects across the year.
Very much a cog in the machine. A lot of who you know, and the how well you are known to the SLT as opposed to the quality of work being produced and the actual contribution to the team ethos.
Work-life balance is good and you get hybrid work
too many meetings in US time
Fast-paced environment, good to seek for new challenge
