After getting a seniority level, if one learns faster or puts more effort, does not really make the difference, one is just part of an huge pipeline that just promotes based on service line needs and company plans. It creates the perfect environment for slackers and too relaxed career long within the company. It eventually pushes away the best talent.

Learning and development are not a strong focus of the company culture. Perceived favoritism: employees who are closer to leadership tend to get more visibility, while others may feel overlooked.

Lower salary package compared to other big4, poor staff benefits, cancellation of flexi leave plan without advance announcement where staff had already plan the vacation for off peak period.

Pay is a bit underwhelming
