Change from unlimited leave to 15 days without any prior notice. Unrealistic KPIs which affects everyone's bonus and promotion. Even if you do meet their lofty expectations, there is a very limited quota of promotions for each department. Kinda makes it seem that the company is ok for the staff in SG to be replaced by overseas staff to cut costs here. Partners staying in their ivory tower, ignoring every word of feedback from their staff. Implied work hours are from Mondays to Sundays. Annual leave applied is used purely to work from home/hotel.

As written, I believe Deloitte is a great company to grow your skills as a consultant, and as a business person. There's lots of jobs and tasks to tackle which would never keep you bored.
There's too much tasks to maintain a well balanced daily life. Some projects would need you to work from 9 to 5 (both AM) Long working hours results in poor work-life-balance.
