Good for getting on new projects
Dependent on your manager and the team you’re on
Has flexible work plan previously but now there is a shift in benefit so not sure.
KPI measured by numbers of hours charged to client as junior staff you can’t control this if the directors or managers aren’t bringing revenue yet still hires you just to say the project was delayed therefore you are left with no job since the day you joined affecting KPI, promotion and reviews etc. The manager in certain department would sometime gaslight you as well.

Low pay for cleared federal work, strict promotion schedule is completely inflexible and de-incentives on non-promo years. Very difficult to get the company to consider past experience when applying at early levels.
