Pay is not as good
Possibly good progressions IF in the right team, but maybe something in the past already (in the former SEA leadership).
Mandate return-to-office and draconian HR policy roll-out processes; the SEA partners inculcated with a belief that plenty of people desperate to work for Deloitte (despite it being reputable as being a workhorse) and so they don't really care about the current employees.
