Work culture in the most teams is very good. The culture of the team very much depends on the partner leading the team. Work can be long hours but over all work life balance overall is good.

I am a 3rd year Manager at Deloitte, I like the flexibility of being full remote and able to work from home. The job is project based however I have been fortunate enough to be staffed on 1 large client where I can charge full hours. No sales target for Audit Managers
One you are rolled off a project it is like job-hunting within your company to get staffed, especially at manager level.
