Everyone is overworked, misled at the time of hire you applied for a specific role only to find out at orientation you will not be working that role and have to find your own client project. In addition, you are mandated to work 90% client billable hours every week or you will not meet their mandated utilization. There is no teamwork, very rude associates and they are only concerned regarding their own growth. They also assign people to the wrong client projects, working outside their scope, an ongoing risk to the company. I would not recommend working for Deloitte in the Gov Dept.

BURNOUT IS REAL!!! leave after 2-3 years and just get the Deloitte name and experience. it used to be so good working for Deloitte but it has become cutthroat - the leaders are showing their bad attitude to the staff.

The management should pay more attention to their employees' needs

Pay salary very less Not much growth

Cafeteria is not good, they should set up something better.

Long Working Hours during peak seasons

Some managers and partners are not good

As of now no cons

Management needs to listen to employees
