Keeps changing the management and work processes, lack of work-life balance, can be stressful sometime

none as such, just that dont be blind to toxic employees

-Sometimes need to handle customer on weekend

Boring job nature and meaningless admin tasks

Low salary & package among the same line

So far all is good

During my time, top management with favouritism

company culture is old mindset, turnover is high in certain dept, if you see frequent hiring vacancies of the department-do think again this means that people keep leaving HR policy is not the best, side on employer

Problematic of back office team Quite take long time to doing any process (e.g PO approve) Everything is loading onto product specialist role (stock, find the lost item, claim issue and etc.) Lower salary base than usual

Pay not up to market and average benefits for employees. No dependent coverage. Tight resources.
