- instability - top management don't think it's important to reward the employees during good times. when it comes to bonus period, they scrimp on giving more increment and bonues lower level employees - finance and hr teams are very unstable, too frequent turnover - stressful and no work life balance

Very short manpower provided with the amount of daily orders received

low salaries and benefits, bureaucracy

Managers lack professionalism and aggresive

difficult to connect with each other

Management is not up to the mark and real performers are not appreciated. Few people are doing politics to survive in the company
