Shockingly not given a confirmation after probation. Unable to specify the performance gap that was based on to reject confirmation. No documented evaluation form was used. Just keep claiming a culture misfit & was asked to respect the Management decision... Absolutely contradicting with the positive comments given for the work done till probation review is due... Hiring Manager twisted her words.
