Culture and benefits can be better

High work load with less staff

not a caring team, bad company

Some managers do not act like manager

Always changing management. No clear direction

bad until they decided to lay you off without any solid reason and hired a management that no idea what he is doing

Low paid n high workload and pressure depending your team lead and boss who work with.

Pay level is not competitive.

Super stupid system and redundant team structure, some teams do not perform any additional values while some teams being overloaded.

Workplace engagement is zero, so uts extremely boring to work from the office

Expectations not communicated upfront and then requested to suddenly perform a task/ be a certain way and questioned why it is not done, limited progression, employee is not taken care of - prefer to offer increment to others instead of the own employee/ less human touch, communication can be painted to show a nicer picture

Very frequent work overtime, management doesn't really helping in the deals with the principle, caused some harsh deals deployed to employees.

low salary for non managerial positions, not much career opportunities unless you stay for many years. Very slow climb of the corporate ladder.

Local management still a little traditional mindset, top-down driven, not fully open to flexi and WFH arrangements, rigid rules.

Low salary in the market

India operations currently suffer from weak leadership and poor organizational direction. Decision-making is inconsistent and priorities frequently change. Teams often work without clear accountability or defined roles. High attrition has taken place over the last year, and many experienced employees have left. Operational functions are understaffed while certain non-critical positions continue to increase. This has created workload imbalance and frustration among performing employees. HR processes are not employee-centric. Employee concerns are not addressed effectively and sensitive matters are handled poorly, leading to low morale and lack of trust in management. There is also limited transparency in administrative, vendor, and logistics processes. Employees commonly feel that internal controls and governance standards expected from a multinational company are not being followed at the local level. Overall culture has shifted from performance-driven to relationship-driven. Contribution and accountability are not always recognized appropriately.

Internal process is not really pragmatic and you need to be really a multi skilled person to work here to make things done.

Unavoidable urgent customer support during weekdays and weekends (sometimes).

Less opportunity to move to another market

Toxic work culture with most old service employees unwelcome the new recruits.

Experienced poor work culture within period of tenure. Immediate superior has poor management skills.
