Too much middle management, too many chiefs not enough indians

People have their own cliques and not open to including new colleagues. No introduction to other colleagues so until now I barely know a handful of people in the office. Office is rampant with politics, if your boss hates you for some reason, no matter if you are a high performer, you're done.

Treated like a number. Brutal place to work. Avoid.

time will tell... outlook is good

Communication , and no room for promotion.

- Company is big, so changes take some time before implemented

Employee cost of benefits is high for basic. Substandard support of white collar employees during on boarding process (90 day plan not utilized beyond 1st week or two)

Lot of projects to follow, not enough resources to do it properly in the right way.

Needs stability, direction, focus, deeper bench

No planning for HR, bias to European, no clear career progression, non ethical HR practices from HR directors in HQ
