Engineer
Good benefits with good time off and vacation
Too much middle management, too many chiefs not enough indians
Anonymous employee
Benefit is alright, as expected from a multinational company. Recently adopted flexibility at work so we can work from home as long as agreed with line manager, up to 4 days a month. Also can enjoy staff price to buy Electrolux products a lot cheaper than retail.
People have their own cliques and not open to including new colleagues. No introduction to other colleagues so until now I barely know a handful of people in the office. Office is rampant with politics, if your boss hates you for some reason, no matter if you are a high performer, you're done.
Project engineer
It is a job that pays and has benifits.
Treated like a number. Brutal place to work. Avoid.
Sales representative
Been a good couple months. Laid back and leadership is their to help. In my educated opinion these guys are ethical
time will tell... outlook is good
Field service technician
Good work ethic and management
Communication , and no room for promotion.
- Great learning opportunities - Good working environment
- Company is big, so changes take some time before implemented
Human resources project manager
Salary and bonuses are lucrative.
Employee cost of benefits is high for basic. Substandard support of white collar employees during on boarding process (90 day plan not utilized beyond 1st week or two)
Electrolux cares of your career and your human being. You can quite easily move from one team to an other to experience new jobs and learn more of the business
Lot of projects to follow, not enough resources to do it properly in the right way.
Vice president/general manager
Great people, fun industry, global company/opportunities
Needs stability, direction, focus, deeper bench
Human resources professional
Nothing to tell about it A VERY TOXIC ENVIRONMENT TO WORK FOR ALL IS SEEKING THEIR OWN GLORY VALUES MEAN NOTHING
No planning for HR, bias to European, no clear career progression, non ethical HR practices from HR directors in HQ
