The jobs hurt your body

Raises suck, even when you excel. Now they took our PTO away, cutting our time off in half. Management does not make sure the facility is clean and in good repair. Safety is basically ignored, except for the things that the employee has to do. If management needs to do something about safety it goes unheeded. Parking is difficult.

MIddle management, product release, customer service is horrendous

Poor payers, nearly all direct competition pays more money

Low level of engagement from upper mangagement, no pride in the products, no room for pushing boundaries, no innovation and sloooooooow decision making process from that same management. Electrolux is a product company that's run like a financial institution

Career path is almost unclear due to high stability so movement always by personal knowlegment or your relation and support from other top managment team. If you are egyption with no other nationality you chances to move on board opportunity is almost Zero even your qualification is meet or over expectations.

Lack of process governance and communication top down

A bit messy company structure. Very bureaucratic.

Human Resources department doesn’t work.
