Good benefits, good culture and good pay. I have been with the company a few years now and have been happy here.
Expected to work long hours. I normally work an average of 50 hours a week. Most others I talk to work at least that as well.

FREE COFFEE, Some people are nice
can not trust the people you work with (meaning back stabbers), absolutely NO communication with in management, the company operates and think like a small company and is always playing catch up with there competitors, at least always 3 years behind
Product supervisor
good salary, good business, excellent working environment, makes life better.
very complex, too many systems and organizational rules to follow.
Nice office with fun colleagues
No time to learn about the products
It project manager
The company offers good benefits for the employees Facilities are good, including restaurant Flexibility for home office, hours, holidays as long as you deliver Salaries are competitive
Not too innovative lack of consistency on company objectives, tend to change objective every year which makes it complicated to go all towards the same direction decision making tends to be slow but at the same time expect quick results Very old fashion in several areas, they listen to new ideas but they are hardly implemented. There is no proper onboarding process, too hard for consultants to understand Electrolux culture
Manager
Work life balance, great company benefits
Too many middle management Too many expatriate top management

International, dynamic environment, great purpose, concrete and useful products impacting people’s everyday, interesting IT landscape and large international projects. Secure employer that takes care of its people. Quite good benefits For Stockholm: extra vacation, great canteen, subsidized massage, sports allowance, summer vacation cottages, bonus, topping up parental leave to 80%of salary. Have understood the value of diversity and it reflects in terms of nationalities. Special focus past years on gender diversity even though it has not really paid off yet and there is a long way to go.
typical large industrial company, a bit slow/heavy, male engineer dominated. The compelling vision of Jonas Samuelson is not yet really reflecting the culture in many parts of the organization that remains quite traditional in hierarchies and culture.
