Some job positions could move to remote permanently

Always changing, people moving in and out

No room for career growth Bad senior management

They don't train you have to figure it out

Horrible job. I was completely misled to what job was. As a supervisor my office was a folding chair in the hot as hell factory. Do not take a job unless you visit the location.

Slow paced, lack of creativity, old fashioned

- Very low pay, comparing to other competitors in the market, no good pay raises - Slow career progression, unless you are friends with managerial level - performers won't recognised, but only the friends - Lot of internal politics - Many burned out employees going on sick leaves - Heavy investments in projects without any ROI - Very slow processes and decision making hierachies - Super old computer systems and no modern digitizations (in a way it's 100 year old company, so cannot expect much)

Every 2 years there are big changes which implies to change our way of work. We don't have a clear roadmap for where our work as department will go

The pay can definitely be better

There are many reorganisations, you can suddenly be moved to another position without any questions.

They wait till last minute to tell you, you have to work Saturdays, sometimes.

Working 7 days a week is the norm

-> Very slow to launch new innovations, always behind competitors -> Ridiculous cost saving targets considering that many parts in use are between 5-10 years old -> Purchasing higher leadership (VP and up) are mostly people who have been with Electrolux for most, if not all of their careers, so they don't realize how outdated and narrow minded some of their "strategies" are -> Most EU factories and offices (except HQ) are in small town in the middle of nowhere

Toxic work culture consisting of bully managers, blame culture, silo'd environment Managers need to be vetted, unqualified leaders Teamwork needs improvement

Salary is low compared similar industry, not system savvy. You have to rely on excel

always select incompetently senior leadership

This days there's no clear development plan

Not climate controlled; the really DON'T care about the employees; this plant is more worried about their bottom line than employee training and retention.
