Ensign Infosecurity (Malaysia)

Some internal politics within the organization, although significantly better than what I have experienced with other organizations. Expectations are super high - demanding environment, demanding clients, and a significant churn/turnover in teams, resulted in key people being stretched beyond their abilities.

- High turnover of staff makes it difficult to focus on actual work - No plans for listing

was a threat researcher in ensign labs, did not feel like the leadership was there was adequate for threat intelligence. It was a lot of fluff with no substance to back it which resulted in a very high turnover rate and not much cyber security talent within ensign labs as the managers do not really care about growing the team with strong talents.

Pay is somewhat on the low side

night and morning rotation 2 month need to adjust time when working night tired work on night

- Always undergo re-organization - No direction - Management does not really care about employee's careers but more concern with business objectives

Office in industrial estate, location is ok though

- small limit for health insurance
