Helpful Colleagues, Most Seniors are okay but there's always one that is not helpful. If you are fresh graduate, eager to learn and don't mind working extra hours then this company is for you,
-High Turn Over Rate -Need to pick up tasks or projects of those colleagues who left the company. -Slow Hiring process -No work life balance and sometimes need to work after office hours and standby on weekends as requested by customers.

1. Average pay - AWS are factored in monthly pay to make it looks higher than market average 2. Hectic workload - resources are already exhausted in current projects, yet there are still many big projects waiting 3. Poor team bonding - very few team bonding events throughout my employment in the company 4. Young "royal family" in management role - lack of experience in managing people, not lenient, sometime micro-managing 5. Extreme favortism towards "royal family"

Cosy environment at kallang office.
Old timer pay not justified. All the new hires pay are higher than those in higher level. Being forced to take cert but only certain people are being sponsored. Those being sponsored are given one month bonus. For those not being chosen, have to pay for the exam using own money and upon passing, no rewards at all. If did not get the professional cert, are at the risk of losing the job. Took the risk to lose the job but upon passing with no rewards given. Introduced job banding but no pay increment for higher band people. No pay adjustment at all. Have got the costing to hire new people but no money for adjustment for staffs. Over promise staffs with many things but none of them seems to be done. Giving excuse to drag but nothing happen. People that work hard don't get rewarded. Management don't see staffs hardwork. Yearly increment was low that could not cover inflation.
decent amount of leaves and free lunch twice once per week
Sudden increase of workload, slower promotion
