Teammates are nice and sometimes good bonus pay.
Short of hands at operations level; many new hired mid-level managers or account managers but no working level people. This doesn't help to reduce any workload.

- no take home work - good entry job for fresh grads breaking into work life - schedule pretty ok 2 week day/night rotation - flexi credit to claim stuff
- rly gotta suck up to upper management if you wanna promote or internally transfer or else you stuck in the same basic role - no career progression unless you're selected - empty promises - no choice on what you want, if you're just thrown to do something even if you don't want and didn't sign up for it then too bad suck it up (unless you throw letter of course). - forcing to take certification and then having a 1yr bond, effectively trapping you. thankfully didn't happen but the fact that they wanted to lock you in like that speaks volume. - bonus is nice but the pay itself needs work especially annual increments
Project manager
Nice office with nice pantry
Experience Silent Layoff: 1) Attended meeting with HR and RO 2) Informed notice period based on employment contract term. 3) HR not willing to share the reason and RO express surprise about this decision. 4) HR requested the need on need to sign NDA about the suitation.

Freedom to explore what you want to do. Management supports learning. Lots of courses and unlimited udemy. Open minded and willingness to adopt new technologies and ideas. No shortage of things to explore. Technical folks are valued
Young company with exponential growth results in heavy workloads. Alot of self initiative required to fit in here.
Data scientist
Culture is great and friendly.
Be more flexible with work from home. Too many meetings.
