Lack management leadership No proper internal processes

Pay not competitive in the market

No career progression Leadership team has no focus and long term direction, only focus on any opportunties present just to fulfill the order book Management team has no real people management skills (old school management) High turnover rate

bad management, bad attitude of people from other department, no career growth

Short of hands at operations level; many new hired mid-level managers or account managers but no working level people. This doesn't help to reduce any workload.

- rly gotta suck up to upper management if you wanna promote or internally transfer or else you stuck in the same basic role - no career progression unless you're selected - empty promises - no choice on what you want, if you're just thrown to do something even if you don't want and didn't sign up for it then too bad suck it up (unless you throw letter of course). - forcing to take certification and then having a 1yr bond, effectively trapping you. thankfully didn't happen but the fact that they wanted to lock you in like that speaks volume. - bonus is nice but the pay itself needs work especially annual increments

Experience Silent Layoff: 1) Attended meeting with HR and RO 2) Informed notice period based on employment contract term. 3) HR not willing to share the reason and RO express surprise about this decision. 4) HR requested the need on need to sign NDA about the suitation.

Young company with exponential growth results in heavy workloads. Alot of self initiative required to fit in here.

Be more flexible with work from home. Too many meetings.
