Junior data scientist
There is great work culture and values. Less toxic office politics and leaders are genuinely caring about you.
There are not much cons. If I have to pick one, probably it’s the slow progression. every year, there is a limited number of seats for promotion and you need to work very hard to stand out from a team of 7-10 and the pay raise for one grade promotion is around 10%.
Engineer
Good start for fresh graduate.
overloaded with project and ad hoc tasks.
Associate
- Train tenacity. Get abuse by client also get abuse by your people. Best place to grow. - Train character. Everyday gaslight by your people and clients also. - Learn to be good manager! Everyday see other managers play each other... You learn what! - Learn local culture... if you not high flying civil servant, you will never be a leader here. - Great team bonding. To promote, show face alot in office, smoke with your team, and drink alot. You posted to site? Too bad. - Won't get fired. Why bosses fire their own type? They know who got future and who don't ;) Don't rock the boat.
- No cons. managers say we should be thankful temasek still hiring. Don't complain salary lower than fresh grad! - I not pretty enough. You know, we know. Hire pretty young girls and having a good time right? ;)
