Work: - i work in a department with experienced colleagues averaging 7-10 years in the relevant area of work. There are a few younger employers (1-3 yrs experience) -being in a corporate function, my boss empowers us and seldom manages - I get to set my own deliverables and if I complete my baseline responsibilities, I am sure I can ask for more and develop my career further. There is no limit as the company is in a growth phase with hundreds of job openings across all verticals. -i get to be part of a pioneering team that was formed barely 1 year ago. - we have people from the likes of Visa, IBMs of the world, so the culture is rapidly being transformed from the old SME model - i get to knock off on time Physical: -Brand New Office occupying 3 levels of 30A Kallang Place. -Walking distance from Bendemeer. -1 bus stop away from Kallang MRT with 6 bus services -fully stocked pantry at each level -gym room that is in the midst of being outfitted -large food court with the usual local fare across the office building with an airconditioned Western cafe - medical benefits cover family dependants - merit incremenr and good bonuses
