Lack of Growth Lack of Learning Space
Dont have ........ literally , i dont know whats good
Night shift and day shift changes in 2 weeks which means u are forever changing yr sleep patterns. Long working hours , work 12 hours with only 1 hour break .......... there is no dinner break ... need to wait until end work 830pm then u can get yr dinner...... which means irregular sleeping patterns and always eating meals late ... i dont know how bad it will be for your health for long term wise .. .. prepare to stare at the computer for 11 hours ......

Good learning opportunities working environment.
Fast pace and learning working environment.
Exposure to various projects and clients
- Managers are often friendly in person but speak negatively about employees to senior leadership behind their backs. - Layoffs are commonly handled by placing employees on a PIP with unrealistically high expectations, while not providing enough work or support to succeed. - The office environment is frequently loud and unprofessional, with constant talking, joking, and ongoing workplace drama. - The company outlook is poor, with recurring projects being taken away and given to other parties. - Poor pay increments and limited promotion opportunities.
Can learn things cause you be throw lots of things on your own
Don't really care how you do it. Don't really work as a team
- attractive benefits - big office space
- swamped with projects, almost no time to teach newbies given the steep learning curve - not expecting hand-holding but leads/managers should be more proactive in setting realistic targets - too busy till it feels unapproachable to enquire issues
