Great colleagues and good direct manager
Recently changed CEO, changed too much of internal structure. Teams getting shuffled around, new VP is a micromanager and only wants to see certifications, not hiring replacements
Learning step for cybersecurity and exposure in va and pt
Level 1 only, life depending on sla
Great colleagues Very beautiful new office besides Bendemeer MRT
No vision, soul, passion and direction. Worst company I had ever worked for.
Provide good employee benefits and good payout
Manpower resource constraints and ambitious
1. New and clean office 2. Met some of the greatest colleagues 3. Flexi benefits and good amount of AL 4. A good starting point in your career - not sustainable in the long run 5. Closeby to goldenmile for excellent coffee
1. Despite the merger of the companies to be one ensign, some are still fixated on their old ways 2. What a mess. Foundations were not laid in correctly right from the start. Messy in almost all aspects such as data management and processes. 3. Constantly adding and changing processes. Such changes did not follow through the rightful approval process. It was more of 'implement first and then seek for approval'. Quite sketchy and unethical work behaviour but unfortunately quite common. 4. Some questionable leaders up the hierarchy. I've seen third hand of a leader treating an employee with so much disrespect and also infamously known for that personality trait. It is a wonder why this leader is still here and why were there no actions taken against this person. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. Then there's another leader whom encourages the team to be transparent and raise their concerns. Though each time a concern is being raised, this leader acknowledges but then proceeds to reject it and rejects any change. The other leaders (not to say all), in general are inefficient. They know how to speak like they know what's going on but upon closer inspection, none of what they say makes any sense and makes other people do the work instead. 5. When seeking for confirmations from other departments about a particular project, many times the replies are returned with a question. And then we go around asking team by team if they know anything about it. Though most often, it seems like nobody can give a concrete answer. It is a lot of 'i think' 'should be' 'i don't know'. 6. Too much workload. My team and I are always crying out for help but it's like everyone hears our cries but doesn't actually listen. Escalation of concerns doesn't go anywhere (refer to point 4) 7. Inefficient system. There needs to be a 1 system fits all for data management. Too many different systems used to accommodate different departments and teams. A system should be able to function as a tool to make a person's job easier. Instead, this system requires equally large amounts of manual work (it is a frustratingly dial-up-connection kind of slow)
I love the forward thinking team
Not really a con … the pace is fast and furious
Good teamwork, supportive colleagues Boss and team has the same vision and direction. If you are willing to do more, you will gain much back
Is a new brand and needs a lot of hard work and effort to build this brand up. If you are a person who just want to enjoy life, then this company is not for you.
Rather flexible working hours.
Office politics, no training provided for new hire.
-Great place to start your career at. -Learning curve is steep but many to guide you * -Mostly Singaporeans. -Nice people. -Good starting pay. -Good office location, with lots of food option around, 3 MRT lines that are within 10 mins walk. -Nice office with 3 pantries and a gym. There's even dedicated prayer rooms for Muslims. -Flexible working hours** -Many training courses, including certification
-Pay progression is low. -Management seem to always ask "who is our competitor?", when there are clear competitors with better pay packages. -Royal family management VS military coup, meaning you have to work with the Royal families whose blood closely knitted, or you work with a dictator. -A lack of talent is key areas. -*Learning curve may be too high in some job role, choose the correct job role for your skill set and skill level. -**Flexible working hours, but most of the time feels like 24/7. -Overloaded with lot of projects with a pay that doesn't match the workload. -Lack of communication with each department, especially day 1 and day 2 teams.
