Everything is good and nothing to be improved

As the nature of the company is to be a contract manufacturer, you depend of the will of the customer. No matter if they are right or wrong. There is a big culture of "escalate to the next hierarchical level" to get things done. Even if the things are working or happening. No matter what your role is for the company, you need to be available full time.

Pay scale is very average, To grow inside the organization you must do politics, Very poor appraisal and bonus standards, Not thinking of the employes and focused on maximising the profits
