I did not find any cons

Poor management and decision making.

Everything is good and nothing to be improved

As the nature of the company is to be a contract manufacturer, you depend of the will of the customer. No matter if they are right or wrong. There is a big culture of "escalate to the next hierarchical level" to get things done. Even if the things are working or happening. No matter what your role is for the company, you need to be available full time.

Pay scale is very average, To grow inside the organization you must do politics, Very poor appraisal and bonus standards, Not thinking of the employes and focused on maximising the profits

No room for growth. Management did not value input from workers on the front lines

It is a very demanding environment and you may be required to work extra hours. This may become the norm if you have several projects in the pipeline. People getting laid off is not unusual and constant re-organization is the norm. You just don't focus on it otherwise you'd get really dizzy. I don't think it is a company that is good for any long term plans.

Some people are from manufacturing background mindset

1. Culture is very political. This is a company that promotes based on tenure and NOT based on experience, knowledge, and leadership. 2. They have people in Management roles with minimal experience, talent, and skill set. 3. The company is striving to expand and be competitive in the tech world but is struggling and will continue to be seen as only a "Manufacturing" company. 4. Many people are under paid based on tittle, and skill set. 5. There is limited work/life balance. Its a manufacturing culture. 6. Restructuring of organizations occur often 7. This is not a company for those intelligent and driven minds.

This job is based on contracts with clients, when the client goes, so does your job but they try to put you into something different if available in your area. Your metrics and goals change with the client's business choices, so change management is key.

Supervisors and management need to appreciate their employees much more. The company lacks discipline on every level including upper management where ops managers are screaming and swearing to get their point across.

It’s difficult to move from night shift to day shift

Employees voice are just heard, no importance for it and no additional benefits and works are overloaded

Very high expectation of working / being available around the clock. Very little transparency in leadership decisions,. Expectation that employees continue to take on more, even when overloaded. Employees generally not treated as individuals - no human touch. Bureaucratic. Immature leadership.

I would say they need to review HR people because im not sure if the recuritments are happening genuinely ... probably yes but its for only 70% when it should be 100%

Too many different processes and systems with convoluted explanations

High rate of lay offs medical plan was crappy and the worst management I have ever had.The company is ok I guess, was constantly loud construction work always going on and the health plan was crappy. This was one of the worst companies I worked for there was a lot of disorganization. I would not work for them ever again. I was harassed by the other SQA's for gender. They were 2 males and I was female. They would belittle me in front of 15 coworkers we were over for incoming inspection.

Less compensation compare to current market

Takes a long time to move upward in the company

Long hours, no appreciation, Contract manufacturing Frequent leadership changes some people rely on their long tongues. So much politics. Leadership relying on the wrong folks.

Need to provide equal attention to all grade

Contract manufacturing is sometimes difficult, especially when most of the customers typically have different rules for engagement of their product, and processes. Overall though, it has been a very good company to work for. You are able to go as far as your drive will take you to learn new skills and practices.

Can be frustrating with all the changes going on with restructuring

Provide more Leadership development training

Stopped doing outings and things like that for their employees. They even changed the bonus pay out.
