I do not see any concern

- environment is not ideal for family and private life. - compensation package depends in 120% of corporate and own needs. Means, if you are very required can gain extra more. But if you need the job, benefit is highly under the exp. avrg. - local Sr management - not a human-in-the-focus company. Employers are tools on progress and to achieve goals. - no focus on coworkers professional development.

Not always willing to teach or delegate.

1. The management is stubborn , even if you come up with good ideas which needs slight change in current process they will reject it. Instead they will try to prove you wrong on top of that they will make you feel how useless your idea is. 2. No Process 3. You end up working on older technologies and messy code no advantage for experienced one 4. You will get feel of manufacturing industry culture. 5. No flexible timings 6. Dictator like leadership, with harsh behavior 7. Some people always dominate the peers , still they get promoted and appreciated. 9. No proper process of software development. Shifting the focus on requirements causes distraction in development process 10. No work life balance 11. They will give you joining bonus which you need to return back if you are leaving within 2 years

not anything great place to work

off hours, offshore teams, too many meetings, prioritization, goal setting

freshy will have culture shock. yelling and screaming working environment.

Sometimes as a global company there can be lots of travel

Not much career growth for some one if he is dynamic and enterprising

Work by agency, low pay, low standard for work, poor management and planning. You never know when you will get temporarily laid off. (from few weeks up to few months) Whether you are a hard worker or not, they don't care. You're just a number to them. Family business, so you have to work with a lot of lazy people with permanent contracts who do not know anything.

Benefits are not much except bonus

pressure and OT work sometimes.

Very tight margins mean that pay may not be at top of scale.

No great people to lead the company Organization is changing all the time

no career development and there is no opportunity to higher level positions for women. the salaries are low compared to other similar companies.

Huge lack of communication, everyone is out only for themselves, ridiculous workload and lack of employees. Lack of ability to grow and move up. Boss wont listen to recommendations or use the skills your good at.

Pay. It's the only major concern most of my buddies feel. Rest a great place to work with.

Tough working environment. colleagues and customers were aggressive. Need to be on call all the 24 hours/7days.

Nothing that i can comment on.

Poor management direction and communications. Management is their own little clic and mostly former Nortel (you know how well they did). Small company attitude within a big company. Office environment matches the low cost philosophy of the company.

Low Hike Carrer growth is not good

Tolerance for employees that slack off, just interested in paycheck. Requires too much paperwork to remove employees who cant perform basic job function. Employees transfered all over place frequently.

less packages for existing employee

Working in a matrix organization is sometimes a bit of challenge but that applies for all large scale companies

movement is slow, bonuses are small

Low Pay and no Raises.

Many manual reports and system not as fast as SAP.

Limited head count resource, unfair compensation.
