As a female employee, no support for Flexi timing, child care, they have crèche but don't allow timing to support that crèche,.very rigid management, very lethargic HR, no support at all.very slow career growth.

Lots of opportunity to grow and move laterally/vertically within the organization if an employee is willing to grow, learn new processes, adapt to changes and network with managers.
Compensation and Bonuses are not as generous as other companies or industries, given the company's services are contract based - therefore margin profits are in the mid single digits.
