Salary can be better...No Recognition for talent

As a female employee, no support for Flexi timing, child care, they have crèche but don't allow timing to support that crèche,.very rigid management, very lethargic HR, no support at all.very slow career growth.

Very slim margin industry, sensitive to global economy.

Hr policies are not so effictive

Slow promotion and poor assessment format.

No cons Flex continues to exceed customer expectations, creating more accounts, creating more jobs

Compensation and Bonuses are not as generous as other companies or industries, given the company's services are contract based - therefore margin profits are in the mid single digits.

Politics. See a lot of people being hired as long as they are the same nationality of the hiring manager. Same for promotions. Seems like upper management doe not notice or does not care.
