Executive
-Salary gets credited on time. -Good learning opportunity if you get project like Nextracker. -Various kind of training to upskill.
-If your manager don't like you he will make sure do not grow in the organization. -If have to continuously make sure your manager is happy with you. Whatever he says you have to say "Yes". -Even if you know your process very well he will always poke you and always send you warning email for no reason, just to show management people that you are not good at your process. -Salary is not as per market standard.
Test engineer
It's a job with alot of potential in the right position.
No advancement if your not part of a clique...good Ole boys club. Qualifications means nothing if you are not liked by management.

Benefits, learned allot experience here and some are honest.
Umbrella!!! Upper managements take personal and apply at work. Be careful not to be too good at what you do! If is a good manager you’ll get the credits and maybe raise or position change (but to find a good management is super slim to 0 here) otherwise you’ll end up overwhelmed with work and work til you physically hurt yourself!
Customer service representative
Great timetables, Good salaries and great facilities
Terrible location, only accesible by car
Sr. director
My manager (VP) was strong and fair. Good folks in general work there. Regional and Global operations are well run and focus on the right things in general
global politics are rampant and ugly. Mike Mac needs to finally do something about this culture of back stabbing... its gone on way too long.
Ops manager
