Horrible communication from the top all the way down all purchasing is a nightmare Upper management doesn't listen to anything the employee's say and on multiple occasions have seen employee's moved off their lines for saying any constructive criticism

IT support is mostly in India. Support for CAD tools is in India, and they don't seem to understand the day to day use that engineers put the CAD tools to. Each group seems to be very separate from other groups. So, the same problem could be being addressed by multiple groups rather than collaborating. Very short term cost focused.

Poor pay packages at lower grade Upper Middle Management is not helpful and useful to the employee Top management is tough to approach towards improvements and career enhancements (A few and not all).

far away from city. People are fired asap when sales are going down.

Depending on the job, you may have to travel a lot. There is politicking in higher management that you just have to live with. The work areas get shuffled and rearranged pretty regularly.
