Business executive
There is work life balance, they place importance on it, they walk the talk. There is always discussions, not a one way traffic.
Defer decision making, career advancement opportunities are very hard to come by. We can appreciate more active engagement from senior employees.
Accounts payable
Work life balance working place
so paper work in manual form
Financial planner
worked as a financial planner over here... flexible working time, good career path, unlimited money potential, good backroom support.
as this is a sales-related role, you need to work hard to find your own client base, and work it from there. You might need to put in extra hours to see results.
Anonymous employee
Majority of the departments here have a decent working culture and environment. Employee benefits are decent as well.
Though i cannot say the same applies for all departments. If you have friends in the company, good to do a quick check about what the environment is like as it makes or breaks how you show up to work everyday.
Associate
Nice colleagues, salary on par with market rate
Too much restrictions, ways of doing things too manual and outdated management
Life planner
Lots of flexibility in work arrangement
Regulations are quite a hassle to deal with
A lof of emphasis on inner development and self leadership. Many opportunities to attend seminars to impart relevant soft skills. Able to work on your own time.
Top management is not stable, keep re-org after new boss coming on board. heavy processes and policies.
Free lessons, free exams. Good learning experience.
Prospecting. Two faced boss. No clear process or plan for newcomers.
